This week, we are proud to announce that Squared Away is strengthening its commitment as a Military Spouse Employment Partner (MSEP). MSEP is a Department of Defense initiative that connects military spouses with partner employers who are committed to recruiting, hiring, promoting, and retaining military spouses. Through this partnership, we aim to create lasting opportunities for military spouses who so often face unique challenges in building their careers.

Our leadership team and I will be in Washington, D.C., attending the Military Spouse Employment Partnership Induction Ceremony and participating in key discussions around the future of military spouse employment. This prestigious event brings together influential partners dedicated to empowering the military spouse community by expanding job opportunities and providing meaningful support.

As part of this important week, I am honored to be speaking on "Strategies Supporting Military Spouse Employment Overseas" during the Military Spouse Employment Partnership Annual Event. This session will focus on how U.S.-based companies can successfully engage and support military spouses stationed abroad. From flexible remote work opportunities to cultivating a global community of professionals, we’ll explore practical ways to bridge the gap and ensure spouses can thrive in their careers—no matter where duty calls.
